Yesteday was my first birthday, and we had a party tonight! I am 1 year old!!!! The party was great, and I got lots of presents and had good cake Atai (great grandma York) made me. They told me to eat it, but at first I wasn't sure what to do. Later, I caught on.
I sure did make a mess, but it was good!!!!! I had lots of friends and family there. Daddy grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, Nana made potato salad, Apau (Mommy's Mom) made chinese pork. It was great!
My Daddy's cousin Daniel got married on May 17 to Michelle. Isn't she a beautiful bride? My daddy was the preacher and married them. I got to wear my Chinese dress just like my mommy. Aren't we beautiful?
All of my family are doing well. My Mommy is working teaching Chinese to preschool children and Daddy is still a police officer. Uncle Michael is still in Virginia building boats and Brian is teaching baseball camps and getting ready to go back to school. I hope you enjoy reading about my family.
